L&M actually fixes my car. Have tried other mechanics and this is not always the case. If I take it to L&M, I have the confidence it will be fixed expertly AND honestly. The "honest" part is also very important to me. They answer all my questions patiently and I leave knowing exactly what was done to my car and why. They perform thorough inspections and recommend needed services, but without high pressure to perform these additional services. But I know if L&M recommends it, it is legit - and not an attempt to "upsell". I've been dealing with L&M for years, and have learned that nobody touches my car but L&M!!
