LAKE FOREST AUTO REPAIR

I pulled up to L&M with a cracked windshield and in desperate need of an oil change... And I needed to be back on the road in two hours. I explained my situation to Charles Smith and he sprang into action, with in 90 minutes I had a new windshield, new oil filter, and fresh oil. But there was one thing I forgot, I needed a smog check. I told Charles that I did not have time for the smog check. "We can do it" he said and called the smog check place. I was concerned that I would be late for my meeting. The person from the song check place picked up my car and returned it with a clean "Bill of Health" within the 30 min. L & M really came through for me. Thank you Charles Smith and team!!

As always, a very good experience with Charlie and crew. I had a sudden issue and I really appreciate Charlie's patient, diagnostic efforts, all the while making available to me a loaner car.

My experience was very good, called on Wed. had my appointment on Thurs. did everything I asked and the staff were Great, nice job.

Reliable and honest service at a fair price. Great customer service. They even gave me a ride back to work...but I do work pretty close to their facility. I received a text that my car was done and it was all ready to go when I got there. Just paid, reviewed the service and anything that may need to be done at my next service and I was on my way!
