A star is the lowest! They were nice at first, but after 6 visits, they still had no idea who I was. I get that it's a business and difficult to remember EVERYBODY. I'm a WFH employee who caters to East Coast customers, so I always drop off my car the night before because of my "morning" schedule. They assure me that my vehicle would be locked up and safe. Well, I have driven by and noticed my vehicle was out in the open across the street on Dimension Dr from the shop. I was bothered at first, but let it slide. After a couple of days picking up my vehicle, I noticed some curb rash and what appears to be red paint. I park in my garage and haven't driven the car since the service. After the service, I drove it straight home. When confronted, they denied it. I also keep about 5 years of record of my services in my glove box, just in case any shops asked particular maintenance. But somehow conveniently, I have missing documents now! My other vehicle is a daily driver, but when I dropped off my vehicle, they left the windows & sunroof open OVERNIGHT. I've only lived in CA for 4 years & prior to L&M or dealership was the other place that has serviced my car. I don't consider tires at Discount Tires count, but that was 2 years ago & paperwork is still in my car. It's ironic that 2 separate vehicles ended with curb rash, missing documents & weren't properly secured at night.
