I took my car in for an oil change and to diagnose the maintenance light that had been on for quite some time. Not only did Charlie and the team take great care of my car, Charlie and Cindy both took the time to explain to me what the actual issue was and not just tell me I had to do it, which I greatly appreciate! They also made me aware of another maintenance item that may need attention in the near future, but did not push me to spend the money that day. My only complaint is that they close at 5:30 and don't work on the weekends, but I will most definitely be taking my vehicles here from now on.

This was our 1st time using L&M & net is we will only take the Jag S to them in future. I was informed every step of way on what could be wrong with the air conditioning. They explored every opportunity to find a solution instead of just changing the compressor. The 35k service was also performed. Our car was clean & fixed the 1st time @ a reasonable price.
