I have been taking my vehicle to L&M for years and they are always professional, explain everything to me in detail and they do an excellent job of informing me of all my options when it comes to service/repair. They always call as soon as my vehicle is done and if I don't answer they not only leave a message, but they call back more than once just to make sure I received their message. Great service and professionalism.

I wanted to make sure everyone at L&M knows that Debbie and I really appreciated the amazing customer service the team provided to us on our 2001 Chinook Destiny just two days before our annual rally in Oregon. The RV engine wasn't running right, and we had a leaking in-line fuel filter, and this could have seriously delayed our departure for our trip on Aug. 27!! I had some challenges in scheduling my service visit but managed to take care of business with Cindy's help. You cannot beat Charlie and his team for Great technical service as well as client service.

First time here and I/we were very impressed with Charlie, very nice, professional and explained everything in detail. Also like the Multi Point Preventative Maintenance Inspection System they use too.
