I appreciate the honesty provided by the entire team at L&M. The level of service was fantastic. Dominic called and explained to me in detail what needed to be fixed. The car was ready when I was told it would be, washed and ready to go. Cindy was amazing, she too explained in detail everything that was done to the vehicle. The entire staff are great professionals who know how to treat their customers. Charlie and his team do it right! L&M are the real deal, they are honest and fare, too things most other shops are not! I was highly satisfied and I highly recommend L&M.

I needed to replace an obsolete turning signal switch. It took them a few days, but they loaned me a car. They suggested an alternative and cheaper way to replace the switch. They also fixed a problem with the exhaust pipe, which was full of rust. During this time, they did a smog test for me at a 3rd party service center. These guys know what they are doing, and they do it for a reasonable price. So far my best experience with the car service in California.
