LAKE FOREST AUTO REPAIR

This is the first time I take my car to your shop. The service was outstanding and I believe the assesment of my car was really good.

I went in for an oil change and to check my tire pressure. My appointment was @ 3p.m. but called to let them know I would be late. There was no problem. They were very friendly when I came in and I dropped off my truck. About an hour later they called to let me know they were done servicing my truck. They did an excellent job. I didn't have to leave my car overnight. It was a very nice experience.

My car is running great. Thank you for taking such good care of my 12 year old Rodeo. I appreciate having a reliable place that I can take my car. Everyone is so nice. I am very happy with the service, especially the customer service. Thanks again.

My appointment with L & M yesterday, for service on my 2011 Cadillac, was everything I have to come to expect from this great neighborhood auto repair facility. Fast, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. You know when you walk in the door that you can trust them. Being a female getting my car serviced can be scary, but at L & M, I am very comfortable.
