Always great service!! Brian really takes care of my car every time. Today I walked in for a smog check. The front desk was really friendly and Brian was really quick to get it done ASAP. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I really appreciate the amazing service and would recommend to my friends and family.

Professional, precise and personable

Went is for smog check which was quick and painless. Charles came to me and mentioned a couple problems they noticed, but said I could probably handle them. I appreciate the notice and the opportunity to take care of a couple minor issues myself. He let me know if I needed help, to bring it in.

Once again, L & M did a great job ! I needed my car smogged. They were prompt and efficient, as usual.

We've been looking for an independent shop to work on our SUV instead of going to the dealership. I think we've found what we were looking for! We got a good feeling working with Brian, the Service Manager. I feel he is trustworthy and that is what you want - a place where you get a good feeling about the shop and the people who represent that shop. Brian was very pleasant and patient in trying to resolve our "squeaky" SUV. Of course the car wasn't cooperating during the test drive so we couldn't hear the squeak. Now I know where to take my SUV if the problem should arise again or for regular repair and maintenance.
