They did an excellent job on my service!!!

After many other car places dealers, and large auto shops, I was searching for answers to my car problems. I started on the internet, and found L&M auto. Even though at the age of 77, my instincts were not good, I called. After talking with Charlie was more confident and the next day had to cancel for family reasons, but the next day was shocked to see such a wonderful and team like group of people. The work was done in great fashion and my only regret was I did not find them 20 years sooner. Good job men and I thank you, and will be back with the others, and tell my friends what a great place you have there. Thanks again, Wayne C.

I've been taking my vehicles to L&M Automotive for over 15 years and I'm still as satisfied today with their service as I was when I took my first car to them. They are honest with their repairs and estimates. I've recommended many others who've continued to take their vehicles to L&M over the years as well!

Cindy at the front desk was very courteous, honest and professional. She was also very knowledgeable and understanding. I took my truck in for a routine mantenance before a long interstate trip. I was leaving in a few hours and requested the service be expedited. She assured me it would be done at my requested time, and it was. Unlike all the chain automotive places I have taken my vehicle on the past (Firestone, PepBoys etc), this place has a very personal feel to it. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back here for all future repairs!

This is the first time I take my car to your shop. The service was outstanding and I believe the assesment of my car was really good.

I went in for an oil change and to check my tire pressure. My appointment was @ 3p.m. but called to let them know I would be late. There was no problem. They were very friendly when I came in and I dropped off my truck. About an hour later they called to let me know they were done servicing my truck. They did an excellent job. I didn't have to leave my car overnight. It was a very nice experience.

My car is running great. Thank you for taking such good care of my 12 year old Rodeo. I appreciate having a reliable place that I can take my car. Everyone is so nice. I am very happy with the service, especially the customer service. Thanks again.
