My appointment with L & M yesterday, for service on my 2011 Cadillac, was everything I have to come to expect from this great neighborhood auto repair facility. Fast, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. You know when you walk in the door that you can trust them. Being a female getting my car serviced can be scary, but at L & M, I am very comfortable. I brought my car into L&M for the first time. Charles showed me exactly what was wrong with my airconditioning and brakes and an estimate of how much it would cost. He then drove me to work and picked me up at the end of the day when my car was fixed and ready to go. He even gave me the used parts from my airconditioning. I would absolutely use L&M Auto again.

Hi guys, You know I always love the service here...thats why I keep coming back. I was disappointed when I was charged a diagnostic fee in addition to the repair work last time in. When my car failed smog the guy offered to diagnose and fix with diagnostic fee essentially waived if repair done with him...I've heard this from other places in the past. Might be worth considering.
