LAKE FOREST AUTO REPAIR

This was our virst visit for my wife's car (mine has been there several times). I asked them to do an oil change and a full inspection and inquired about an expensive repair other shops had recommended. They did the inspection and told me the timing belt was fine and actually talked me out of that suggested work (amazing, they are honest). I set an appointment with Cindy for the following week and had the intermediate service done. Cloclwork is my best description, dropped off car (paperwork already completed), handed me keys for loaner, called me an hour before promised completion, picked up car..and like before, VERY satisfied. Charlie, David and Cindy are a pleasure to work with.

Everyone was very attentive and friendly. I didn't have a ride home so I had to wait for my car to be done. I was told it would be about an hour and a half, but actually waited 3 hours. Other than that it was great!

Took my Corolla in for some AC work. The guys took care of it and a few other problems I didn't know I had for the same amount I expected to pay for just the AC work! The work was done on time, my car ran better than ever, and they even washed my car for me! I would highly recommend their services.

Very helpful and informative crew. Went in for an oil change and had some other questions. All were answered very clearly thoroughly. Will definately be taking my vehicles there for any problems in the future.

I needed to get my RV security alarm and driver's arm rest fixed, and the L&M team found the right horn for the alarm and replaced the arm rest with no hassle! Thanks! Bob

L&M did a great job on keeping me informed of the status of this challenging issue with my AC. As I wan't pressed for time, they still kept me updated and informed of their progess and even asked questions along the way to see if I could help out by sparking some of issues of what, when, why, and where it was happening. There person service and dedication was greatly appreciated. Tom

David and Cindy really do take care of your customers! Mechanical issues kept extending my pick up time, due to parts, etc.; however they were very prompt and informative when following up with me. I also love that you have a rental car; it's so convenient. Only suggestion I would make would be to be open on Saturdays...Happy I've found L&M!
