Charlie and Mark were very patient in working w/ my Cadillac to identify why I had intermittent starting/non-starting issue. While it was expensive to fix...as anything electronic can be....they provided me with a loaner and gave me back a clean, washed car that now starts!

I would have given you 5 stars but I have to leave room for some improvement. Service was great. Everything that was done to my vehicle was explained to me ahead of time. It is a joy taking my truck in. I was pleased when I left.

I brought in my car on a weekday morning for a loud noise coming from my engine. They provided a loaner at a cheap rate, and had the car fixed by that afternoon. I do wish however the loaner would have been a bit more fuel efficient, but beggars can't be choosers. I'm just grateful that the they offer the loaner as a service. Would highly recommend for any auto repair needs.

Friendly, professional and informative staff. They always seem to have time to chat for a bit when I drop off or pick up my car. They always give me a rundown of the current status/condition of my car and any recommendations they have. Love their work!
