Aparently your car gets towed while its there so i would avoid L&M. There was a warning issued a few days before and they don't check your vehicles. It is out of there hands apparently. Was towed on a saturday and $950 later i have the jeep back. Plus the $110 ticket and the $400 i spent on work and diagnosis that was not even the issue. There is plenty of other shops that are more trustworthy. Response update: My registration was expired because I couldn't smog it, the reason why it was at the shop. It was not mentioned at all that my vehicle was going to be parked in a location that would cause it to be towed. I would have had someone try to pick it up. Due to my schedule and their 530 closing time, i could not get there that quick. Each time I talked with them about when i was able to pick up my Jeep, they had no sense of urgency. I thought my Jeep was safe there so I was not worried. And they also say that any diagnosis fees are applied to the repair work and thats not true i was charged for the repair work that was even an issue and the misdiagnosis fee.
