L & M is so different than the other car repair places! They treat you as if you were a family member, like a brother or sister that needed some help with your automobile. How different and what a pleasant experience, as opposed to the normal negative experience with most auto repair shops. Try them and see if you don't get that same impression!

A routine oil change became an expensive oil pan replacement, when service technician reported plug was stripped. A google search indicated it was a rare occurrence and generally caused by overtightening on a previous oil change., which had been performed by L&M. While denying liability, Charlie acknowledged our point of view, and reduced the final bill to an acceptable balance. Throughout the exchange, Charlie listened and remained professional. They even arranged for transportation to and from the shop. Will return in the future.
