I took my car for service (volvo xc60 2015) on the recommendation of a close family member and couldn’t be happier with the services…both customer service and quality and knowledge of mechanics. The day after i got my car back I got a follow-up call from Walley (front office) checking to see how the car was performing (I appreciated that because there have been times after i have taken my car for service (dealership) and had a question or they missed something and i would have liked getting a call rather than having to call them and go through the hassles of pressing buttons and being put on hold to leave a message for the service technician to call you back…). Anyway, bottom line-I don’t really want to tell people about L&M because it’s not often you find a good, honest and friendly auto repair shop and once the word is out they might get too busy. Chances I will take because they definitely earned and deserve my 5 star rating! We will be back (but hopefully no time soon)!😊😊👍

L&M did an oil and transmission guild change on my Lexus. They were professional, did everything as promised, washed the car, and most of all appreciated the follow-up call after the service to ensure the car was running fine. I am definitely a repeat customer!

Called for a smog appt. Wally answered the phone and asked me to come in asap. I arrived at the shop and was greeted by Wally at the door. He is super friendly. Shop is very clean. In and out with smog certification in less than 20mins. Wally drove and returned my car back literally in front of me. Will do business again.
