I’m sorry to hear about your experience, but I’m perplexed by your review given that you’ve never actually visited our shop or had any services performed by us. Without having been here or receiving our services, it’s challenging to understand how you can accurately assess our capabilities. From our brief interactions, it was clear that you wanted us to work on your 1999 Workhorse chassis, which is not a type of vehicle we typically service. This might have led to some confusion. For the past 32 years, we’ve been committed to serving a wide range of vehicles, from light to heavy-duty, and our reviews generally reflect our ability to provide quality service.
