L&M never disappoints! Quick and Easy oil change as well as the overall inspection of my car keeps it running smoothly and safe for all of us. Easy to make an appointment or to simply walk in and discuss whatever issues I'm having with my vehicle. I've been bringing my cars here for over 25 years and have always been happy with the service and pricing.

This particular trip to L&M was for an oil change and an overall inspection to make sure they didn't see something wrong that I'd not noticed yet (they didn't). I've had my cars in to L&M over the last 25+ years and have had any number of services performed, all with excellent outcomes, keeping my car safe for me to drive and to drive my children around (now adults, who also bring their cars to L&M for service). They can utilize my extended warranty on my current car as well, should I need the service. There are mechanics much closer to home/work but I'll keep bringing my cars to L&M because I trust them, they're fair with pricing, and they'll tell me (and show me) honestly what needs to be done 'now', what needs to be done 'soon', and what can wait a while as well. I appreciate this service and knowing I can trust them.

I took my car in with the check engine light coming on/off, and they checked it right away. They fixed the problem right away (an oxygen sensor most likely) and handled the coverage from my insurance. They also gave me a few suggestions for some maintenance work based on mileage, along with a reasonable quote. Since I drive a lot, I went ahead with their suggestions (new air filter and spark plugs, and an oil change), and my car runs better than when I brought it in! Also, when I picked up my car, I noticed that my washer fluid had been refilled, the air in my tires was refilled, and my car looked like it had been washed, all shiny and clean! My car was in and out within 2 days. They also offered to drop me off at work if I didn't have a ride, asked questions about the issues I'd been having with my car, and thoroughly explained what they were going to do to fix each issue/maintenance item. I am very pleased with the service here, from start to finish! I would highly recommend this place for its quick, honest, and kind service! They certainly went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning for all my car's maintenance needs! Thank you!!!
