Trash service. No one knows anything. Spoke with 3 different people across 2 weeks and they couldn't even get me scheduled for a basic 90 minute service job and didn't even know what a Workhorse chassiss is. Scary and inept

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, but I’m perplexed by your review given that you’ve never actually visited our shop or had any services performed by us. Without having been here or receiving our services, it’s challenging to understand how you can accurately assess our capabilities. From our brief interactions, it was clear that you wanted us to work on your 1999 Workhorse chassis, which is not a type of vehicle we typically service. This might have led to some confusion. For the past 32 years, we’ve been committed to serving a wide range of vehicles, from light to heavy-duty, and our reviews generally reflect our ability to provide quality service. The negative feedback we do receive often relates to miscommunications, rather than our skill or knowledge. Based on your reviews of other businesses, it seems you have had issues with several companies. I hope, for the sake of those businesses, that your reviews are based on actual experiences. They are extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I drove from Michigan to California, and they attended to my truck without any appointment, returning it in excellent condition and with no issues, allowing me to drive back to Michigan seamlessly.

I came here for a routine smog check, and was in and out within 15 minutes (also the pricing was the best in the area). The waiting room was pleasant, and has wifi and magazines to help pass the time if you're getting a longer service done. What really set L&M Automotive apart is that I was greeted by the owner, who was very warm and welcoming (even offering coffee to start the day). 10/10 🌟 for value, quality of service, and customer service. I'll definitely be back for all my auto servicing needs!

My friend recommended this place because she got her car smog checked there, and heard the people in the office praise their work. Luckily for me, she was right. My service manager was Brian Atkinson who seemed very much on the ball. Once he checked out my auto, he quoted me a price and stuck to the estimate. I had my automatic transmission shift lever knob and liner replaced, and a new battery installed. My car is a 2011 and a part needed to be ordered. I was fortunate to be able to drive one of their loaner cars for a few days. I will be returning to this shop in the future. The shop office is very clean and well organized. I was very pleased with the service and employees.
