No one is happy about their car needing repairs, but I am glad that I've finally found a local shop that I can trust! They are fair priced and more importantly they care about what they do. I've brought multiple vehicles into this shop for all sorts of repairs and they are all still in good shape today! Mike is a professional and great business owner. Diagnosed my problem quickly, (had a bad alternator) Replaced it in a timely fashion at a fair price. Lifetime warrantied the part. Truck is running great. Took the Saturn in because all of a sudden the lights went out in the dash and radio. It turns out the wiring where the fog lights switch is shorted out, causing the problem. Of course the crack team figured it out and fixed it in less than a day! Thanks everyone!

I had taken my car in for servicing at the RSM Honda Dealer. They used scare tactics to recommend replacing items that I found out did not need replacement. I decided to take my car in to L and M for a second opinion based on reviews and personal recommendations. They were able to service my power steering pump rather than replace it. I also found out my tires still have a year or so left on them. The work on my car was done fast and I am very happy I went with L and M! Had a fuel injector issue...they did the repair plus changed spark plugs on my Jeep, in a day....runs like new!!!! These guys are my personal Santa all year: Charlie, Azu, Mike, Emerson, and the great crew at L&M!! Year after year, I continue to get the kind of service that says they want to keep my business, you'd think with a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they'd tell me to ditch it. But, they treat it and me like a Rolls. Azu is beyond great on the front desk and picks me up and drops me off and treats you like family. Just had a tuneup...brakes/oil and 'Jake The Jeep' is running like a champ. Speaking of 'champ', that's Mike....he called me to give me a heads up as to maintenance I'll need in the next six months to a year, and told me how much to budget for.....who does that????
