This auto shop never let's me down!! The owner Charlie is so nice and always helpful. Azu who works in the front office always answers all of our questions and makes us feel comfortable. They get the job done and are the best... wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was referred to L & M Automotive through some family friends, and had a wonderful experience. I called the day before I went in, to make sure they could take my car the next morning. I only went in for an oil change but they did a quick inspection of my car to make me aware of other maintenance items. They did not try to push anything on me and we're very kind and helpful. This will definitely be the place we take our cars!

I can't express my gratitude enough for L and M Automotive. From speaking with Asu over the phone in a panic, coming in and speaking with her in person and then Emerson(my hero) giving me the news that things weren't so bad and then fixing the problem on an immediate basis at the end of a day on a Friday was very unexpected and lifesaving for me in my particular circumstances at the time. I was given the name of the company by a Facebook colleague,called and they took me immediately. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the person who waived an upfront fee.
