Got my smog check here, very friendly and helpful! Great knowledge

Every time I receiving service from them,Ｉfeel conformable with their kindness, knowledge and efficiency.

Our family has 6 cars and we bring them all to L & M. Most recent experience; my oldest daughter had a problem with her Ford C-Max a friend suggested she take it to the Ford Dealership in Orange, so she did because a friend of a friend discount. She was told that it would be $600 plus this and that etc., so we paid a $60 service fee (which was better than the $120 fee it would have been if it wasn't a friend of a friend) and left. The next day we took it to L & M and they told us that the problem was covered under a recall. We called Ford Corporate and sure enough this problem was a recall problem. We took it back to Ford Dealership and they will be reimbursing the $60 and fixing the problem under a recall. WOW, saved us about $1,800. We even take our cars to L & M for oil change. I live in AH and work in LF, if a car has a problem I will drive it to L & M and they will drive me to my office down the street and pick me up if needed. Thank you L & M!!

The team at L&M are amazing! I drove from Gilbert, AZ to have them check my car. I had a mechanic tell me they wanted to charge a $110 fee just to tell me what's wrong. I've had everything from basic oil changes to sensor lights to 100k check ups. I love how Azu always knows it's me on the phone, Emerson brings a wealth of knowledge and the entire team is always so accommodating! I have always recommended them to everyone I know and I won't stop! Thank you for being the most reliable and honest mechanic shop I've been to.

New to CA, had my smog check this morning. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes

These guys are awesome, got us in the door right away even though they were stacked and packed. Best part was that they worked hard to get warranty coverage on our repairs, going the extra mile. Could have been more proactive on following-up with status, but job was done right, and done quickly. Thanks!!

Got my smog check here. They were quick and super friendly. They are in the same building as another place and it kind of looks like one. Make sure you get the right place. I'd definitely come back.

I had a nail in my tire. I called around 930am to see if they could fix it. I also asked about an oil change. Talked to Charlie. He said come in. My office is close and he gave me a ride back. The car was done well before 3pm. The shop was very busy and everyone was courteous, efficient and very friendly. I'll be back.

This is an awesome place! The staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant and their work is top notch. I've been bringing all of my cars here for years and I love them. They are always open to taking a look and doing oil changes without an appointment.
